Bob Armstrong has served as CFO, Controller, Vice President of Finance and Manager in a wide variety of companies ranging from a pharmaceutical aerosol manufacturer, privately held exhibit structure company, motors and controls manufacturer to a publicly traded international health care firm.
Throughout his career, Bob has brought his organizational and financial skills to benefit his employers and volunteer organizations, whether it be setting up QuickBooks to record transactions for a small not for profit to sorting out the best organizational structure for a acquisition of a series of dialysis clinics in Brazil. Bob has been involved with several businesses in Maine over the past seven years as CFO and has had a long association with the state beginning with summering in Maine as a child, attending Bowdoin College and other activities.
Bob and his wife, Deborah, have two children: Lexi, a junior at the University of New England in Biddeford and Ted, a junior at the Maine School of Science and Mathematics in Limestone. He is active on the Board of Maine Businesses for Sustainability, and holds a BA degree from Bowdoin College and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
